Petitioner seeks bail in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015, registered for the offence under Sections 456, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri D.K. Bhaskar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur. Petitioner is alleged to have poured acid on the person of the brother of the informant.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
