The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that in the background of measurement dispute the accused persons came variously armed and assaulted the informant's side. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that five persons from the informant's side received injury, but the injury has been found to be simple
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6725 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 in nature except one injury by sharp cutting weapon to Junaid Alam on his forehead which was caused by Ramawati Devi.
There is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, J.M., Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 190 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
