Mr.Akbar Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 20, 22, 23 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 4 Kg Ganja was recovered. He further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 08.04.2019. He also submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Manoj Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 42100 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46571 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019.
