The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 12.08.2022, whereby in cause title of the order, name of police station is wrongly typed as "Ujiarpur" instead of "Musrigharari".

Accordingly, the order dated 12.08.2022 is modified to the extent that in the cause title, name of police station shall be read as "Musrigharari" in place of "Ujiarpur" in cause title of the order.

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 12.08.2022 is modified to the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54684 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 extent and the petitioners shall surrender before the concerned court within a period of further four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

The modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
