Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of theft of mobile is against unknown. Though a mobile phone was recovered from the house of the petitioner but the same does not resemble with the mobile referred in the FIR. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17430 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Silao Police Station Case No.158 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
