The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P. S. Case No. 55 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In view of recovery of 6 litres of liquor from the hut belonging to the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
