2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of the petition bearing CWJC No. 4200 of 2024 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 24.06.2024.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 to 6 of the petition, MJC No. 2345 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, as the payment has to be done, the receipt has to be submitted in the office by 20.01.2025.

4. Accordingly, CWJC No. 4200 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
