JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she specifically stated that she herself left her home and went to Delhi along with the petitioner and also solemnized her marriage with the petitioner. There is nothing in the statement of victim to show that she was ever enticed by the petitioner to leave her home.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
