The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 registered under Sections 420 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
