JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-12-2021 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of JokiHat (Mahalgaon) Police Station Case No. 304 of 2018, corresponding to Excise Special Case No.1190 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner that he has valid liquor licence in the State of West Bengal, the application for anticipatory bail of these petitioners is allowed.

Let the petitioners, named above, in the event of

No.5658 of 2021(3) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Araria, in connection with JokiHat (Mahalgaon) Police Station Case No. 304 of 2018, corresponding to Excise Special Case No.1190 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
