Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court giving liberty to renew their prayer before the trial court after framing of charge.

The trial court has reported that charge has been framed against the petitioners on 22.6.2015 and almost all the non official prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is pending for recording the evidence of official witnesses. Petitioners are in jail custody since 23.09.2014.
