Earlier the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 19.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38240 of 2017 with direction that she will surrender within a period of six weeks, however the present application has been filed stating that she had gone to her parental house and stayed there for long so she could not appear due to inadvertence circumstance. And now she is ready to appear, if one more chance is granted to her. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that she had been granted bail vide order dated 19.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38240 of 2017 and now the petitioner has filed this application for modification of order dated 19.8.2017 after about four months and that clearly shows how much respect she has for the direction

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59721 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 of the Court. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed by this Court, however, the petitioner shall appear within a period of four weeks from the date of order and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below and also the fact that she had been earlier granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court and shall dispose of the application of the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
