2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 16.01.2025 bearing Memo No. 05 (Annexure-P/3 to the writ petition) issued by respondent No. 6 / the Secretary, Block Selection Unit-cum-Block Development Officer, Tharthari Block, District-Nalanda, whereby, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11776 of 2025(2) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 petitioner's services as Block Teacher at Middle School, Naradi in Tharthari Block, District- Nalanda has been terminated.

3. Since the petitioner is a Block Teacher and the matter agitated in the writ petition pertains to the service condition of the Block Teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty to the petitioner.
