The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 323, 341,420,467,468,379,120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he in connivance with other persons prepared a death certificate of the informant on the basis of which the informant's son Gudu Priyadarsh succeeded in obtaining succession certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise has arrived at between the informant and his son. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner surrenders and files a petition for regular bail annexing the compromise petition, the same would be disposed
