23-02-2016 Heard Sri Abhay Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sunil Kumar Karn, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Surendra Prasad Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Khutauna P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 registered on 25-09-2015 for the offence under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
In this case, some bottles of different types of wine were recovered from the hotel premises of the petitioners. In view of nature of accusation, let both the petitioners namely Pramod Chaudhary and Sumitra Chaudhary be enlarged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5832 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
