2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 302 of the IPC was added later on .
3 . As per prosecution case , informant alleges that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped and assaulted son of informant and threw him near the forest. Subsequently , son of informant succumbed to injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . The only material that

No.48984 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 has come against this petitioner is that he was driver of Magic vehicle upon which the DJ was kept and there is absolutely no allegation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2025 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner and period of custody , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P. S. Case No. 228 of 2022 .
