The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.382 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of being a part of abduction of the niece of the informant for immoral purpose. Mr. Karandeep Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the statement of the victim girl present at Annexure-2 submits that the niece has since changed her name as Tanishka Parveen and even while admitting to her marriage with accused Ahsan Alam, she has attributed no role to this petitioner. No.4944 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 namely, Rahul Kumar in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Dhaka in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.382 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
