Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Submission is that in fact the petitioner was there, therefore, apprehended on suspicion in spite of the fact that the petitioner was not possessing the said motorcycle.
Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6021 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 petitioner, above named, on completion of six months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dehri (Dalmianagar) Police Station Case No.931 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
