The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No.158 of 2015 registered under Sections 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Regard being had to the statement of victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No.158 of 2015.
