JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2018 At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time, this application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the order dated 04.08.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bhagalpur in Criminal Revision No.118 of 2017 (Trial No.13 of 2017) has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
