The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that one motorcycle and cash of Rs.7250/- are recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. No arms is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. One motorcycle and Rs.7250/- are alleged to have been recovered. Same belongs to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50345 of 2019(2) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffassil P.S. case No.215 of 2019.
