That the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/direction, writ/writs preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent commission to appoint the petitioner on the post of Sanitary Inspector Health Department after affording him proper opportunity to participate in the interview, who has already declared successful candidate in the written examination and even called for participating in the counseling for such appointment against advertisement No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17749 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 08010116 vide Roll No. 100246 but subsequently petitioner was not called for participating in interview process, reason best known to the Respondent Commission."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
