JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i)For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to remove illegal encroachment made over the Survey Nala situated under Mauza-Murila, Thana No.220, Khata No.02, Khesra 171, by the respondent No.7 namely Bharat Ram and his associates, which is the only source of irrigation of big area of land situated nearby the said Survey Nala.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12096 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 (ii). For further direction to ascertain the area of aforesaid Survey Nala according to Measurement Report contained in Memo No.33 dated 29.05.2018 done by the Anchal Amin, Bagaha-I, West Champran.

(iii). For further direction to the respondent authority especially respondent No.5 to ensure cleaning of Survey Nala according to Measurement Report contained in Memo No.33 dated 29.05.2018 done by the Anchal Amin, Bagaha-I, West Champran."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bagaha, District-West Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
