JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The first informant report was lodged after two days of the alleged occurrence and moreover, the informant sustained simple injuries, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul.
