Prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected vide order dated 11.09.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.41779 of 2017. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that uptill now charge has been framed and witnesses have not been examined.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
In view for the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, as it is submitted that charge has been framed, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial
