2. The present application is filed for reviewing the order dated 18.06.2019 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay, in C.W.J.C. No. 11491 of 2019 in which due to concealment of necessary facts

Patna High Court C. REV. No.230 of 2019(8) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 and gross misrepresentations, on behalf of writ petitioner, the writ application has been allowed.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties shall be pursuing remedy before the learned Sub-Judge-1, Gaya in Title Suit No. 137/17.

4. Accordingly, granting said liberty, the petition stands dismissed.
