JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that after the decision of the State Government contained Notification No.10878 dated 24.08.2017 the petitioners may approach the departmental authorities for grant of promotion considering the qualification of Sahitya Alankar (equivalent to Graduation) possessed by the petitioners. In view of the prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the departmental authorities for redressal of the grievance of the
