JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(ib)a/26 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol without cartridge is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 18.10.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
