2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S.Case No.125 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 308/34 of the IPC.

3. The informant in his fardbeyan given before police at PHC Cherhakala, district-Vaishali has alleged that these two petitioners along with four others intercepted the informant and co-accused Ajit Kumar caused injury on his thigh by knife blow.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant and co-accused Ajit Kumar are full brothers and they are at litigating term for a land dispute. The allegation of causing blow is against Ajit Kumar who is full brother of this informant. These petitioners are villagers of the informant having omnibus allegation so the petitioners deserve anticipatory bail.

5. The learned APP opposed the submission.

6. On perusal of injury report annexed with the petition, I find that out of three injuries, two are bruise and another is incised on the left buttock caused by sharp cut weapon which is attributed to Ajit Kumar, the full brother of the informant. These petitioners are villagers having omnibus allegation.

7. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S.Case No.125 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
