The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 244 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner and other accused, no case for anticipatory bail is made out. Application is disposed of.

The petitioner should surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which should be considered on its own merit and be disposed of without being prejudiced by the order passed in the present proceeding.
