The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 353, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 12.12.2015 at 12.30 P.M. the informant being the police officer came to know that processionists have blocked the road near the S.P. office, Begusarai as they were demanding the release of three persons apprehended in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 684 of 2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the protest was being made for illegally

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6184 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 arresting Niraj Kumar. In fact no injury was caused to anyone. nor anything was seized from the processionist. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 693 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
