Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No.129 of 2017, registered under Sections 401 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of two apprehended accused, though the petitioner has criminal antecedent but he is in custody since 21.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Pintu Chauhan @ Thuthwa is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
