2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 40(1) (2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 771.120 liters foreign liquor was recovered from the pick-up van. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and criminal antecedents of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
