The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No.522 of 2015 registered under sections 467, 468, 471, 473, 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the entire allegations made in the first information report are false and fabricated. Apart from oral allegation, there is no documentary proof to substantiate the charges levelled against the petitioner. It is further contended that consideration or object of the agreement for which the informant is said to have made payment is itself forbidden in law and is violative of Section 23 of the Contract Act, 1872. No.55857 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No.522 of 2015.
