The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No.522 of 2015 registered under sections 467, 468, 471, 473, 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the entire allegations made in the first information report are false and fabricated. Apart from oral allegation, there is no documentary proof to substantiate the charges levelled against the petitioner. It is further contended that consideration or object of the agreement for which the informant is said to have made payment is itself forbidden in law and is violative of Section 23 of the Contract Act, 1872.
