The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/25(1A)/25(1AA)/ 25(1AAA)/26(2)/27(2) of the Arms Act.

A country-made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2016. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year of custody if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
