Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 447, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59863 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/3 Gwalpara P.S.Cazse No. 66 of 2021.

As per allegation, seven accused persons named in the FIR came to the house of the informant and they badly assaulted him. The allegation against petitioner no.4 is that he snatched Rs. 45,000/- and a gold chain from the possession of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the parties are agnates. There is case and counter case. Land dispute is also pending between the parties and a proceeding under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. was initiated at the instance of the father of the informant. He has submitted further that, though one injury on the person of the informant was grievous in nature, but it has not been attributed specifically to any of the accused persons, rather the allegation is general and omnibus. He has also submitted that petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Uda-
