JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to either renew the passport of the petitioner or reissue the same, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh application for issuance of passport, annexing the Secondary School Examination certificate wherein the date of birth of the petitioner has been recorded as 24.10.1989, alongwith other certificates as also seeks a direction upon the Passport Issuing Authority to take appropriate decision, upon
