The petitioner, namely, Pintoo Yadav, is in custody in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 436 of 2015 under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., motorcycle of the informant was taken away by someone from the hospital. Subsequently, the said motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner on the same date i.e. 04.10.2015 and since then he is in custody. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention, I direct the petitioner, named above, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with
