JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and admittedly, none of the injured of this case, sustained any firearm injury. The Informant is said to have sustained one Garansa injury in respect of which the Doctor kept his opinion regarding the nature of injury reserved but, it appears from Annexure-4 series that the petitioner No. 2 sustained altogether nine injuries.

Considering this aspect of the matter that both the parties sustained injury and, assault took place on account of land

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56706 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 dispute, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Dhibara P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.
