Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant and earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 3.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 37484/2015 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that annexure 3 series to this petition show that informant sustained simple injury, though said to be caused by fire arms and for causing the aforesaid injury, petitioner is in jail custody since 29.6.2015. Considering the aforesaid submissions, particularly, keeping in mind the nature of the injury sustained by the informant as well as his period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Bounsi P.S. Case no. 35/2015.
