This is an application for regular bail in connection with Bahadurganj P. S. Case No. 223 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 370, 372, 376 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is father of victim girl who in his written complaint has stated that on 13.7.2015 at about 7 P.M. Ragib Alam came with Irfan Alam and stayed in his house in the night and in the morning he found that his daughter Tamanna Begam fled away along with Ragib Alam and petitioner was also one of the accused. The girl was recovered and in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. she has stated that Irfan

No.14446 of 2018(3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Alam took her to Bangalore and petitioner and two others accompanied him and kept her for one month in a factory and sold her for Rs.5 lacs for the purpose of prostitution. A raid was conducted by police and the girl was recovered from there. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated person Md. Alam @ Guddu has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 44705 of 2017 on 16.10.2017 and case of petitioner is similarly palced. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kishanganj, in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case no. 223 of 2015.
