In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made, the marriage was solemnized earlier and the petitioner sold the all ornaments of the victim and development illicit relationship with one Rangila Devi which was objected by the victim.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
