The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2014 in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected. Charge sheet has not yet been filed. It is further submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the petitioner and the father and mother in law of the deceased have already been granted bail by the Sessions Judge. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, and the petitioner has been in custody for more than one and half
