Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act Amendment, 2018.
Liquor was recovered from the road side and the petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that the liquor was of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No.1138 of 2019 arising out of Shahpur P.S.Case No.137 of 2019, subject to the condition that both
