JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition of petitioner no.1, namely, Jai Ram Singh and petitioner no.2, namely, Hare Ram Singh.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition of petitioner no.1, namely, Jai Ram Singh and petitioner no.2, namely, Hare Ram Singh is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no.3, namely, Poonam Devi and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner no.3 is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate incident. Petitioner no.3 has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner no.3, namely, Poonam Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Chapra (Saran) in connection with Khaira (Nagra) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
