This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 10-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45032 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but they could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as they had gone outside the State for earning their livelihood. Hence a prayer has been made to extend the time for surrender of the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. In the event the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3667 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 petitioners surrender in the court below within aforesaid period, in that event, they will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 10-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45032 of 2017.

This modification application is, accordingly, disposed off.
