The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are father and uncle of the husband of the victim of dowry death. There is general and omnibus allegation of torture for dowry. Husband of the victim is already in custody. Petitioners are in custody since 27.05.2019. Submission is that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case after death of daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46815 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No.83 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
