Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner no. 1 Guriya Devi is that at the instigation of petitioner no. 2 Jaswanti Devi@ Jaywanti Devi, Guriya Devi brought a dagger and handed over to the co-accused Raju Ram who caused death of Jitendra Ram with that dagger.

Submission is that Raju Ram has already been acquitted after trial, as no prosecution witnesses including the informant supported the allegation, vide judgment at Annexure-

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that both petitioners are females, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No. 421 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
