JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Jha, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri (Dr.) Bidhu Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioners. None appeared on behalf of the State. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 03.09.2015 in connection with Dagaruwa P.S. Case No.132 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.

By way of referring to F.I.R., learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though it was alleged that the husband of the informant was beaten by the petitioners by fists, no external injury was found on the person of the husband of the informant. However, on the next date, the husband of the informant development some ailment and subsequently he was referred to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55138 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 hospital but on way he died.

In view of allegation made in the F.I.R., let the petitioners (i) Painu Rishi (ii) Munna Rishi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sachi Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Dagaruwa P.S. Case no.132 of 2015. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
