2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 469, 354D and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67 and 67A of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2000.

3. The petitioner is accused of recording the intimate moments with the informant and subsequently, when the informant did not marry the petitioner, he made the videos viral. The petitioner is in jail since 18.03.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52448 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-9, 1st Class, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda /concerned Court in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024.

7. The petitioner will not tamper with the evidence and will not call or disturb the victim on social media. Any violation will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
